Mission Statement :
Local , Missing and Exploited Children , provide information and
resource's for the left-behind Parents of Irish and UK Children who have been abducted by Irish and UK citizens and also by
none Irish and UK spouse ,with Government complicity . In many cases these children have essentially been stolen by foreign
country using the Hague Convention as a Weapon . Parental Child abduction
is a form of Child abuse .
