the control of Social Services , who devolves to Head Teachers , Education Staff will be lawfully bound to answer directives
given to them by Social Services / Child Protection Services :
What Social Workers Cannot do :
(1) *Interview your Child , without your consent or given by a Family
Court of Law even with an Emergency Care Order ` if a Child does not want to go with a Social Worker , then under the None Fatal Offences against the Person`s Act 1861 , ( Queens & Irish Law } it is an Assault ,to attempt to take a ask a Child
against their wishes , the Social Worker involved MUST refer back to the issuing Court for Clarification of the Order :
(2) * Discuss your case with anyone outside of the regular agencies
, the N.S.P.C.C OR I.S.PC.C or if you have another Child in Foster Care the Social Worker can NOT discuss with the Foster
Carriers be they be { Day time , Residential or Relative Foster Carrier`s or Minor } to them any decisions or aspects maid
within a Family Court of Law in which was in Camera or discuss issues affecting you and your Family as this is your Personal
Data and a breach of Confidentiality if they do so this is a Criminal Offence in which is against the Data Protection Act`s :
(3) *Diagnose whether Medically or Psychotically { It is known that
Social Worker along with other Government agencies , have invoked Criminal Proceeding against Parents through the agencies
parenting to them , through harassment , intimidation { Draconian Law } in which involves Entrapment and Incrimination
, the general Medical Council & Medical Society are emphatic on this subject in that Medical or psychiatric diagnosis
only ,to be given by someone who has shown exemplary experience , that is qualified to the Government { Forensic Psychologist
} decreed level and is illegal to prescribe diagnosis under various Act`s & Law `s govern Doctor &G.P.s it is
illegal and an assault on a Person if a Social Worker attempts motor diagnosis or that they use their Possession as a Social
Worker to influence a diagnosis by a qualified Doctor . This includes FORCING YOU to under take psychiatric or psychological
testing :
(4) *Force you into sighing anything : as the above Social Services
will use your Child to get the result they want and COURT proceedings to enforce you to sign an agreement that is not legally

(5) *Evict members of Family , only a Judge has this power & a Social Worker has the right to apply for this . HOWEVER it is easier
& cost effective to use coercion and Blackmail on a Spouse with a promise of keeping your Child.
Social Worker have been known to:
(c) Use loco Housing Authorities through housing investigations Officers
who { Have Direct contact with Garda / Police officers & Social Services } or loco Government Council members to harass
through other Neighbours by allowing the confidential details of sensitive material , to be filtered out into the Community
to effect Policing . Please remember the Council is not required under legislation to provide evidents of the behaviour that
has led to a decision of the Council to detain the tenancy . The Council only has to provide `Prof that it has followed the
statutory procedures in seeking the warrant , Anti Social Behaviour AS-BO can be accepted by the District Court from Garda
/ Police Officers , the Council and Health Authority officials weather other possible witness are not in a position to give
evidence due to intimidation . . This can also apply to proceedings under the Housing Acts however is a Housing Investigations Officer has taken false accusation's of AS-BO off a Neighbour , under the none Fatal Offences against the Person`s
