regarding you & your Child , you make a data Protection Request , as soon as possible , to them
, if it is the case that you have had contact with them for a considerable while and attended , Child Protection
Case Conferences in respect to your Child or Children and if in care, under an Emergency Care Order or In-term Care
Order , do not hesitate in making a Data Protection Request , and incorporate into this RL :2002 in which empowers you , as
an equality Professional Agencies , this gives you , the power to examining documents , that other inter acting agencies see
in association of Social Services in secret meetings {Corie meeting`s } , you will also not be able to examine
3rd Party information , unless you require the third Party`s Permission , this would involve another interacting Agency
or Organization involved with Social Services and you , such as ( A county Council , or Police force .}
Please remember that Social Services CAN NOT , interview your Child under an Emergency Care Order or Interim
Care Order , with out your Consent , our advice is don`t give and never sign any FORMS with out a legal representative been
present to advise you of the same .The only way ! Social Services can interview , your child , under an Emergency Care Order
or In term Care Order , is if that , a Judge Order`s this in a Family Court of law .
